Just another dude with a blog?

Yup, pretty much. There’s millions of blogs out there and all of them do different things.

Some are for ranting and some are for bragging. Some strive for controversy and others for peace. Some aim to shout over others and some seek to give a voice to those who haven’t been heard. Some are all about what is wrong and others focus on what’s right.

So what’s this one?

This is a place where I can share my thoughts with you and hear yours. I’m not an expert in anything and I’m currently only 25 so I don’t want to put too much stock in my opinion now. We’re all still learning right?

You may know I’ve had a few blogs previously and I may continue to use them but this site seems easier for me to manage.

I’m passionate about seeing the Church thrive through real, authentic relationships with God and with each other so that will mostly be the theme. I’ll share my thoughts on our internal heart life, our connections with each other, intimacy with God and my thoughts on leadership among other things. I’ll also post some explanations about what my Christianity means to me for those of you who aren’t Christians but still enjoy my writing.

I hope to share other blogs, quotes and helpful resources that I like with you. If we’re friends and you get a kick out of proof-reading, give me a shout!

I’m just a guy with a laptop who loves Jesus but if any of this interests you, watch this space 🙂

  1. Ok sounds good. What subjects might we expect?

Thanks for explaining what a blog is, I’ve never really been into them, might be beginning to see their worth.
